My skin type and routine

Six questions, a three-step routine, the right sunscreen amount.

Two hours after washing, your skin feels
Blackheads and visible pores
Stinging or redness with new products
Flaking or dry patches
Breakouts
Redness in sun or heat
How this is worked out, and its limits

Type is decided by the count of oily, dry and normal answers; two or more sensitivity answers add "sensitive". The routine follows the American Academy of Dermatology: cleanser, moisturiser and daily SPF 30+ for every type. Sunscreen is tested at 2 mg per cm²; most people apply a quarter to half of that.
