Am I active enough?

The IPAQ short form, scored the standard way.

Think about the last 7 days. Count only activities that lasted at least 10 minutes at a time.

Vigorous activity (running, fast cycling, heavy lifting, sport)
Moderate activity (light loads, normal cycling, yoga, mopping)
Walking (at work, at home, to get places, for leisure)
How this is worked out, and its limits

These are the seven questions of the IPAQ short form, scored by the standard 2005 protocol: MET-minutes = minutes × days × 3.3 (walking), 4.0 (moderate) or 8.0 (vigorous), with each category capped at 180 minutes a day. High: vigorous on 3+ days reaching 1500 MET-minutes, or any mix on 7 days reaching 3000. Moderate: vigorous 3+ days of 20 minutes, or moderate/walking 5+ days of 30 minutes, or any mix on 5+ days reaching 600. Otherwise low.

WHO 2020: 150 to 300 minutes of moderate or 75 to 150 of vigorous activity a week, plus muscle-strengthening on two days. Self-report tends to overstate activity; use this for the trend.
